This evening the PDFs for 8.1, 8.2, 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2, 11.2, 12.1, 12.2, and 13.1 were added to the journal archive. There is one article from 8.1 I will need to fix, which has some missing pages but otherwise the only issues that remain to be fully uploaded are 11.1 and 13.2.

Yesterday morning Chinajapan.org was attacked by a hacker who gained access to the server and defaced the homepage. Fortunately the vandalism affected only the homepage and other files were not damaged. I hope that some additional security precautions taken in the aftermath of the attack will prevent this in the future.

The PDFs for Volumes 14 and 15 have been added to the journal archive. These PDFs were created directly from the original Word documents and have full searchable text layers, including the non-Roman characters. We are currently in the process of bringing the archives of the SJS journal to the online world with full PDF access to the entire run of 15 volumes from 1988 until 2003. This news site will report progress on the project and any other additions to the project in the future.
